READING, Pa. – ‘Welcome house.’ These are two phrases that may imply the world to a Vietnam veteran.
“Again in 1965, you did not hear about these things,” stated Bernie Bingham, a Vietnam Veteran and President of Vietnam Veterans of American Chapter 131 of Berks County, PA. “You did not see any of these things.
