ROSS TWP., Pa. – A driver is within the hospital after a police chase and crash in Monroe County.

Palmerton police say they initiated the chase of their jurisdiction late Sunday night time, earlier than it crossed into Pennsylvania State Police territory.

The chase ended when the motive force left the street and slammed right into a tree simply earlier than 11 p.m. on Kunkletown Street, off of Route 115 within the Saylorsburg part of Ross Township.
