Forks Township Police warn public about distraction thefts at Big, Park Plaza

FORKS TWP., Pa. – Police in Forks Township, Northampton County are warning the general public about what they name distraction thefts.

The Forks Township Police Division says it has taken experiences relating to the thefts at Big and Park Plaza. Police say a person and lady have focused older ladies by following them across the retailer or confront them outdoors whereas at their automobiles. 

The suspects use a ruse, for instance telling the sufferer there is a matter with their tire.  Whereas one particular person distracts the sufferer the opposite steals valuables from the sufferer’s automobile, township police stated.
