Former Fellowship Manor worker who assaulted 91-year-old resident learns sentence

WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – A nursing residence worker who assaulted a 91-year-old resident in Whitehall Township has been sentenced.

Julian Bailey was sentenced to 6 months home arrest and two years of probation, in keeping with the Lehigh County District Lawyer’s Workplace. Bailey had been charged with easy assault and harassment.

Bailey was accused of kicking the Fellowship Manor resident twice within the head together with her foot when he grew to become combative. Police have been known as to Fellowship Manor on the afternoon of June 17,  2021, after a witness noticed the incident, authorities mentioned.

The sufferer, whose title was not launched, had an damage on the aspect of his head according to the allegations, the Lehigh County DA mentioned.

Bailey, of Whitehall, was an authorized nursing assistant at Fellowship Manor and was caring for the resident on the time. She has since been fired, Fellowship Manor mentioned.
