Man arrested after trying to seize lady on Schuylkill River Path

UPPER MERION, Pa. – A person was arrested for indecent assault after he tried to seize a lady on the Schuylkill River Path, police stated. 

In keeping with police, the girl was strolling the path close to Valley Forge Towers at round 1:30 p.m. Friday when the suspect, Michael Wiggins, grabbed her from behind and tried to tug off her pants. 

The girl was in a position to escape and go to police with an outline. Wiggins was arrested and charged with two counts of indecent assault and one among easy assault. He was taken to Montgomery County bail and later launched on bail.
