NTSB releases preliminary report on small aircraft crash that killed 2 in Hilltown Twp.

HILLTOWN TWP., Pa. – The NTSB launched its preliminary report Wednesday on the aircraft that crashed right into a Hilltown Township, Bucks County neighborhood final month.

In line with the report, the aircraft’s proprietor, 55-year-old Brian Filippini of Philadelphia, was flying at about 2,000 toes when the aircraft entered a left spin and descended into the intersection of Brittany and Victoria Lanes, killing each males on board.

The report mentioned the aircraft’s flight controls have been intact on the time of the crash.
