Officers cleared of costs in East Earl Township capturing

BERKS COUNTY, Pa. — The Lancaster County DA’s workplace has cleared officers of costs after they shot a person in East Earl Township in February.

Officers say the officers had been justified in capturing Zachary Gilbaugh as he drove at them.

They are saying three officers opened fireplace, hitting him a number of occasions.

Gilbaugh survived.

He is within the Berks County Jail.

This all went down within the 1400 block of Union Grove Street.

Police say Gilbaugh additionally threw concrete and got here at them with a noticed blade and blowtorch.
