SHENANDOAH, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police say they’re investigating claims some trash and sewer funds made by Shenandoah residents are lacking.

The Borough Solicitor, at Monday evening’s borough council assembly, stated some residents complained final yr about checks not being cashed.
