Klover Contracting in Richland Township plans to broaden its enterprise and add jobs.

The grant is from Pennsylvania’s “Redevelopment Help and Capital Program.”

Klover’s president and CEO Jerry Kilhefner says authorities assist is important to develop the enterprise.
