Schuylkill commissioners vote to switch cash to inform residents of knowledge searches

Schuylkill County officers are taking the primary steps in letting residents know if their data might have been compromised in database searches.

County commissioners have given the go-ahead to transferring $64,000 to begin the method of notifying residents.

Earlier this month, they tied on a vote to fireside two tax declare workers for allegedly operating unauthorized searches on folks.

Commissioners already authorised sending out a letter to anybody whose private data was seen.
