Sen. Casey excursions LVIA to spotlight funding from infrastructure invoice

HANOVER TWP., Pa. – U.S. Sen. Bob Casey stopped at Lehigh Valley Worldwide Airport Monday to see how enhancements there are shaping up.

The Democratic lawmaker from Pennsylvania toured the power to advertise President Joe Biden’s Infrastructure Funding and Jobs Act.

LVIA obtained $3.6 million from that invoice. The cash can be used for the rehabilitation of the airport’s fundamental runway.

The airport can be making use of for extra funding to improve a terminal connector.
