Esteban Pagan-Santiago, 45 of Studying is accused of conspiring with others to commit an armed theft on Could 2, in Shillington. 

Shillington Police say they have been referred to as to research round 2:40 a.m. within the unit block of Washington Avenue,  after the suspects stole a Ford F-150. 

The proprietor of the truck advised police that one of many suspect’s had a firearm on the time of the theft.
