BERKS COUNTY, Pa. | Testimony has begun for a Kentucky man going through expenses in a lethal crash that killed two in Berks County three years in the past.

Christopher Cornelius, of Louisville, Kentucky, is going through expenses of involuntary  manslaughter, aggravated assault by car, murder by car and associated expenses after a lethal crash on I-78 in Greenwich Township on June 30, 2019.
